We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business (this is a remote position supporting our Pittsburgh, PA office).
Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing facilities.
You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
You'll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts and grounding, lighting, and power plans.
You'll also assist directly with the more complex portions of the design process, interacting directly with the client, owner, and contractors to assist construction on site.
You and your team will work closely with client owners in a fast paced, dynamic environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents.

oBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy EngineeringoProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseoAt least 10 years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systemsoSolid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standardsoExperience with UPS and EPMS systemsoExperience with generator sizing and parallelingIdeally, you'll also have:

The base salary for this position is $98,500 - $153,925.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations if remote.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
