What you'll ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSo Shape a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability throughout the divisiono Serve as the strategic HR leader on current and future trends in areas such as talent, culture, and external implicationso Develops capabilities continuously through the deployment of Eaton programs, ensuring quality of process and content and alignment with the business strategy to achieve goals and objectiveso Facilitate a culture where best practices are retained and shared across the PCS Human Resources organization and the business and identify opportunities for sharing between ES-Ao Build high performance organizational capability through leadership and partnership with leaderso Serve as an influential thought leader and trusted counsel to the President of PCS and leadership to lead continuous and sustainable transformation across the organizationBASIC QUALIFICATIONSAn undergraduate degree from an accredited institution requiredMinimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility in progressive HR environmentMinimum 5 years managing peopleAuthorized or the ability to work in the US on a continuous basisPrior experience within manufacturing facilitiesKnowledge of relevant local/state/federal/provincial employment lawsMasters or MBA Preferred Recommended Skills Human Resource Strategy Human Resources Strategic Management Thought Leadership Partnerships Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
